• coordinate based on nearby landmark
• outcrop-level geographic resolution
When: Early/Lower Miocene (23.0 - 16.0 Ma)
• Said to derive from the calcareous bone breccia (Tertiary?). Fossiliferous fissure-fill/karst deposits in the Bouzigues area are Early Miocene (possible Early-Middle Miocene) in age. It is not certain whether the isopod came from those fissure-fills, but the age is assumed here.
• group of beds-level stratigraphic resolution
Environment/lithology: fissure fill; lithified phosphorite
Size class: macrofossils
