• The geological age of the Irrawaddy Formation in Tebingan area is estimated from the combination of several mammals’ genera with a well-established chronological distribution in the Siwalik deposits (Northern Pakistan), suggesting an early Late Miocene age (9–8Ma) (Takai et al. 2021; Longuet et al., 2023).
