Stratigraphy comments: Tremosna in Böhmen. Mittleres Obercarbon. "Westphalian D". Fauna associated with main Nýřany coal, from the lower part of the member, with a nearby or associated tuff dated as late Moscovian (307.05 +/- 0.16 Ma).

Geology comments: Central-West Bohemian basin; extensional basin developed within Variscan zone along simple asymmetric mega-graben formed on the Central Bohemian and Litomerice fault zones, with some contribution from transtensional wrench faults.
