When: Buck Creek Quarry Member (Scotch Grove Formation), Llandovery (443.4 - 433.4 Ma)
Environment/lithology: lithified dolomite
• four lithologies: mounds with dense dolomudstone cores and coral fossils flanked by dipping crinoidal dolowackestones to dolopackstones (fauna similar to the lower Welton Mbr.); and flat-lying strata which are dense, well-bedded, and sparsely fossiliferous; dense to porous with large brachiopods; or dense with argillaceous partings and streaks, and sparsely fossiliferous.
