• This is quadrant 25, from the upper part of bed 20A and stratigraphic interval IV.

•Conodonts indicating Famennian age are from fissure fills. The reef limestones are of Famennian age (Joachimski pers. comm 2004 and Babek et al. 2007)

Environment/lithology: reef, buildup or bioherm; pyritic, shelly/skeletal grainstone

• 'shallow carbonate ramp with abundant reef dwelling fauna...have the character of reef banks.' 'northern margin of Devonian back-arc or related basins'
• 'biosparite limestone, the insoluble residue contains a larger amount of pyrite framboides; sulfides and organic matter are often free from oxidation.'
