Costatoaphanaia ganelini
Taxonomy
Aphanaia ganelini was named by Biakov (1992). Its type specimen is SVPGO 8/1062, a shell, and it is a cast. Its type locality is Pravyy Vodopadnyy Creek, Megousia kolymaensis Zone, Omolon Massif, which is in a Kungurian marine siliciclastic in the Dzhigdali Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Costatoaphanaia ganelini by Biakov (2008).
