Cigarella varvarae
Taxonomy
Maitaia varvarae was named by Biakov (1992). Its type specimen is SVPGO 27/1062, a valve (Left valve), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Russkaya-Omolonskaya River, Magadania bajkurica Zone, Omolon Massif, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Omolon Formation of the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Cigarella varvarae by Biakov (2008).
