Taxonomy
Halobia zhilnensis was named by Bychkov et al. (1976). It is not extant. Its type locality is Korkodon River basin (omkutchanicum zone), which is in a Julian marine horizon in the Russian Federation.
It was recombined as Indigirohalobia (Primahalobia) zhilnensis by Polubotko (1988).
