Diagnosis
ReferenceDiagnosis
J. Kříž 2007The Vlastinae are closely related to the reclining Praeostreidae Kříž 1966 with a large opisthogyrate prodissoconch and strongly arched cardinal line (Praeostrea Barrande, 1881) and to the nektoplanktic Maida Kříž 1996b with prominent radial ribs, an arched cardinal line and a large opisthogyrate prodissoconch.
