• Beds numbered 1-3 from bottom to top; bed 1 is Ufimian, while beds 2 and 3 (which contain most of the fossils) are Lower Kazanian, of the Baitugan Formation (Nurgaliev et al. 2015)
•Overlain by the beds of outcrop S7 (Collection no. 197600)

•Reddish-brown, calcareous, irregularly bedded siltstones and shales with interbeds of yellowish-brown polymict sandstones.

•Thin alternation of grey and red shales.

•Bluish-grey, thinly bedded, plat shales with numerous remains of the inarticulate brachiopod Lingula orientalis, and ostracods. The rock contains bivalves and fish scales." (Nurgaliev et al. 2015)
