Environment/lithology: offshore; lithified, calcareous shale

• specimens are preserved on weathered bedding planes in hard calcareous shale.

Collection methods: Collected by Lloyd and Val Gunther of Brigham City, Utah. Each specimen has 4 to possibly 8 fan-shaped lobes. The specimens are not identified further due to lack of oral appendages and other features.
