Sister taxon: Strashila daohugouensis
Type specimen: PIN 3084/60, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Mogzon (PIN collection 3084), which is in an Oxfordian/Kimmeridgian lacustrine mudstone in the Badin Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Mogzon (PIN collection 3084)
