Type specimen: M00485, a wing (basal and medial part of fore- and hindwing). Its type locality is Ovčín, Radnice, which is in a Moscovian mire/swamp mudstone in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Ovčín, Radnice
