Type specimen: LGA 739, a forewing (basal fragment). Its type locality is Klein Lehmhagen pit, Grimmen (LGA collection), which is in a Toarcian offshore shale in Germany.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Klein Lehmhagen pit, Grimmen (LGA collection)
