Sister taxa: Bisacculoides grandis, Bisacculoides vacua

Type specimen: CPC 16928, thin section 7342606B, coordinates 20.7x98.2. Its type locality is W-Fold deposit, borehole WF 13, 264.2 m depth, which is in a Statherian basinal (siliciclastic) shale in the Barney Creek Formation of Australia.

Ecology: stationary "photoautotroph"
