- Attenborosaurus conybeari: BRSMG Cb 2479 (destroyed), a skeleton (almost complete skeleton, missing parts of limbs). Its type locality is Northwest corner of Black Ven Water, which is in a Sinemurian marine horizon in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.
- Plesiosaurus laticeps: BMNH 40140, a skeleton. Its type locality is Charmouth, E.C.H. Day collection, which is in a Sinemurian marine horizon in the Charmouth Mudstone Formation of the United Kingdom.
