Belongs to Archeognathus according to J. S. Cullison 1938
Sister taxon: Archeognathus primus
Type specimen: Missouris School of Mines and Metallurgy No. 7129. Its type locality is Geiser Quarry, 2.1 km east of Dutchtown. Unit 2, which is in a Cassinian carbonate limestone in the Dutchtown Formation of Missouri.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Geiser Quarry, 2.1 km east of Dutchtown. Unit 2
