Type specimen: Mus. N. Ariz. G2.472, a shell. Its type locality is Rimmy Jim Tank, Kaibab Formation, Coconino County, which is in a Roadian marine limestone in the Kaibab Formation of Arizona.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore
