Type specimen: Holotype TMM 1965TX10. Its type locality is Square Top Section, 15 meters above base of formation., which is in a Blackhillsian carbonate limestone in the Wah Wah Formation of Utah.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Ordovician of United States (4: Nevada, Utah collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
