Type specimen: ČGH III B.21.C.587 and MP 451 (part and counterpart), a skeleton. Its type locality is Nyrany, which is in a Westphalian D lacustrine coal in the Kladno Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Nyrany
