Type specimen: TMP 86.153.14, a partial skull. Its type locality is Wapiti Lake, which is in a Smithian transition zone/lower shoreface siltstone in the Sulphur Mountain Formation of Canada.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Wapiti Lake
