Type specimen: UAM RAC-Z1. Its type locality is Raclawka Valley, western slope, Debnik Anticline, Cracow Region, which is in a Devonian deep subtidal grainstone in the Raclawka Formation of Poland.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder-photosymbiotic

Distribution: found only at Raclawka Valley, western slope, Debnik Anticline, Cracow Region
