Sister taxon: Archaeaspis fedonkini
Type specimen: PIN 3993/5053. Its type locality is Yorgia Bed, Zimnergorsk, which is in a Vendian prodelta sandstone in the Zimnegory Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: stationary low-level epifaunal osmotroph
Distribution: found only at Z1(I). Zimnii Bereg, Zimnie Gory, 2 km north of the mouth of Yorga River
