Type specimen: Holotype KoMo 1988 1-6/IV-64, Institute of Geology and Paleontology, Innsbruck. Its type locality is Rupe del Passo di Burgio, Sosio Valley, which is in a Wordian offshore limestone in Italy.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Rupe del Passo di Burgio, Sosio Valley
