Type specimen: NIGP 44576. Its type locality is Tongguan west, Dongwuli Mb, Jiande County, which is in a Roadian marine siliciclastic in the Dingjiashan Formation of China.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Tongguan west, Dongwuli Mb, Jiande County
