Type specimen: Its type locality is Shamuchong, Qixia Fm, Linwu County, which is in a Kungurian marine horizon in the Qixia Formation of China
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Shamuchong, Qixia Fm, Linwu County
