Type specimen: GSC 18413, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Table Point, "Middle Table Head", 17 feet, which is in a Chazyan slope limestone in the Table Cove Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution:

• Chazyan of Canada (3: Newfoundland and Labrador collections)

• Whiterockian of Canada (1: Newfoundland and Labrador)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
