Type specimen: PIN 118/121, an exoskeleton (head & Thorax fragments with two fore & hind wing bases). Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 118), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 118)
