Type specimen: GP/1T-1672, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato, Tatajuba farm, Araripe Basin, which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large limestone in the Crato Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: fast-moving ground dwelling grazer-herbivore

Distribution: found only at Crato, Tatajuba farm, Araripe Basin
