Type specimen: GPIT/RE/3831/1-21, a partial skeleton (right articular, atlantal centrum and neural spine, axial centrum, four cervical vertebrae, nine dorsal vertebrae, two sacral vertebrae, three caudal vertebr). Its type locality is northwestern Slope Lihandje Mountains/Njalila, which is in an Anisian fluvial-deltaic horizon in the Manda Beds Formation of Tanzania.
Ecology: planktonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at northwestern Slope Lihandje Mountains/Njalila
