Type specimen: MCZ 5127. Its type locality is Oxley collection, Broom Point South, which is in a Tremadocian slope grainstone/mudstone in the Green Point Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at Oxley collection, Broom Point South
