Type specimen: SUI 113343, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is G 210.2, which is in a Tulean open shallow subtidal horizon in the Fillmore Limestone Formation of Utah.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at G 210.2
