Type specimen: BMNH I 10697, a forewing. Its type locality is Strensham, Worcestershire, which is in a Rhaetian marine horizon in the Lilstock Formation of the United Kingdom.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Strensham, Worcestershire
