Sister taxon: Bathmophlebia unica
Type specimen: PIN 1436/1, a hindwing. Its type locality is Khudonogovo (PIN collection 1436), which is in a Bathonian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Itat Formation of the Russian Federation.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Khudonogovo (PIN collection 1436)
