Sister taxa: Sibirioneura amurica, Sibirioneura angarica
Type specimen: PIN 3792/21, a wing. Its type locality is Oshin-Boro-Udzur-Ula (PIN collection 3792), which is in a Bathonian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Zhargalant Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Oshin-Boro-Udzur-Ula (PIN collection 3792)
