Belongs to Sinocoelia according to W. Zhang and J. S. Fan 1985
Sister taxon: Sinocoelia variabilis
Type specimen: Thin section 0126. Its type locality is Jiantianba Reef, Lichuan, which is in a Changhsingian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Changxing Formation of China.
Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Permian of China (2 collections), Croatia (1)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
