Type specimen: TsNIGR 8/12824. Its type locality is Sula River Locality 39, Bed 5d, Northern Timan, which is in a Sakmarian carbonate limestone in the Tastuba Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Sula River Locality 39, Bed 5d, Northern Timan
