Type specimen: Mitchell Coll. 1,2, a wing (Fragment). Its type locality is Glenlee railway cutting, which is in a Pelsonian/Illyrian pond shale in the Ashfield Shales Formation of Australia.

Ecology:

Distribution: found only at Glenlee railway cutting
