Type specimen: GSQI19, a wing (Fragment). Its type locality is Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1909 collection), which is in a Norian pond siltstone in the Blackstone Formation of Australia.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Denmark Hill Insect Bed (Dunstan 1909 collection)
