Type specimen: PIN 1700/394, an exoskeleton (two complete wings and damaged lateral body). Its type locality is Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 1700), which is in a Kungurian deltaic siliciclastic in the Koshelevka Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Chekarda, Sylva River (PIN collection 1700)
