Sister taxa: Siberiogenites angustatus, Siberiogenites branchicillus, Siberiogenites medius, Siberiogenites recticostalis, Siberiogenites rotundatus

Type specimen: PIN 4270/373, a nymph (nymph fragment). Its type locality is Shar-Teg, outcrop 443/1 (PIN collection 4270), which is in a Tithonian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Sharteg Formation of Mongolia.
