Type specimen: PIN 4626/221, a nymph. Its type locality is Chernovskie Kopi outcrop 9 bed 3 (PIN collection 4626), which is in a Barremian lacustrine claystone in the Doronino Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Chernovskie Kopi outcrop 9 bed 3 (PIN collection 4626)
