Type specimen: PIN 3064/9039, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Baissa (PIN collection 3064), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large marl in the Zaza Formation of the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Baissa (PIN collection 3064)
