Sister taxon: Piscindusia complexa
Type specimen: BMB 014920, an other (caddis case). Its type locality is Clockhouse Brickworks (BMB collection), which is in a Hauterivian lagoonal sandstone in the Weald Clay Formation of the United Kingdom.
