Type specimen: G.S.I. Type No. SR/PAL/12, a tooth (right upper molar fragment). Its type locality is Paikasigudem village, which is in a Toarcian/Aalenian terrestrial siltstone/sandstone in the Kota Formation of India.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Paikasigudem village
