Description: Test with narrow, long rays. Rays nearly equal in length

and width. One ray slightly shorter than other two and terminating in short bifurcate tip, the other two rays terminating in ellipsoidal tips. Test comprised of triangular and other irregular polygonal (tetragonal or pentagonal) pore frames. Pore frames relatively uniform

in size. Distal surface of tips flanking with several small spines.

Etymology: Concinnus-a-um (Latin, adj.) neat, elegant.

Type specimen: NMNS (000051). Its type locality is Suplee-Izee area, OR-536J, which is in a Pliensbachian marine mudstone/limestone in the Nicely Formation of Oregon.

Ecology: passively mobile planktonic omnivore
