Type specimen: PIN 506/92, a hindwing. Its type locality is Tykhta River, ditch 34, Kutsnetsk Basin (PIN collection 506), which is in a Wuchiapingian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Gramoteinskaya Formation of the Russian Federation.
