Belongs to Euxenoperla according to E. F. Riek 1976
Sister taxa: Euxenoperla clara, Euxenoperla similis, Euxenoperla simplex
Type specimen: NM 923ab, a forewing (anterior half of forewing). Its type locality is Lidgetton (Lid 111), which is in a Changhsingian delta plain shale in the Estcourt Formation of South Africa.
Ecology: volant detritivore-omnivore
Distribution:
• Permian of South Africa (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
