Type specimen: GSI 17075, a shell. Its type locality is Main nala, SW of pt 2338, N of Ghundi, Salt Range, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine sandstone in the Chhidru Formation of Pakistan.

Distribution: found only at Main nala, SW of pt 2338, N of Ghundi, Salt Range
