Type specimen: PIN 254/2822, a forewing. Its type locality is Vishnevaya Balka creek, outcrop 4, Stavropol (PIN collection 254), which is in a Miocene lacustrine shale in the Russian Federation.

Distribution: found only at Vishnevaya Balka creek, outcrop 4, Stavropol (PIN collection 254)
